This project transforms a compact 77 m² interior, with an additional 107 m² outdoor area into a refined vegetarian dining space. Completed in August 2024, the concept celebrates the joy of mindful eating through a minimal yet warm aesthetic. Natural materials, calming tonal palettes and clean architectural lines create a tranquil environment that invites patrons to slow down and savor plant‑based cuisine. Subtle poetic inscriptions inspired by classical texts extol the pleasures of vegetarianism, weaving cultural depth into the space. Thoughtful zoning, lighting and material choices elevate the dining experience while maintaining simplicity and harmony throughout.
